1st class and exceptionally clean place with extremely helpful staff from the reservation to receptionist. Excellent and perfect spot so close to the Kingdom Tower and malls of the City Center, the center of Riyadh and Close to very vibrant restaurants.

It was reasonably clean, staff was helpful and accommodating. Its location just a short walk away from Mosque was magnificent and unbeatable. The vibe here was QUIET. Pleasant stay, we were there for 2 days.

The gym and pool were amazing! The location is spot on, super close to Kingdom Tower and the Globe. Staff were ultra helpful, even covering a taxi fare for me. The breakfast was decent, and the rooms were kept clean.

nothing ,eccept the car parking , every thing not going well in this hotel , no comfort
every thing from the recipttion , the lobby , te elevators, the furnatures, the treatment , the low speed internet, the poor shampo quality in the bath, really i will never stay again in this hotel , in the same price you can find beter hotel like al anoud novetel. it is poor hotel.

It was very nice hotel calm, comfort, clean and reasonable price. Also, it has a very nice spa and heated swimming pool. In addition, it has a nice dining place and huge list and different choices of meals for room service. Over all, it is my hotel when I visit Riyadh city.

Comfortable Stay with Fantastic Amenities
I had a wonderful 4-night experience in a Standard King Room. The buffet breakfasts presented an array of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located near various shops, and the super calm place was a welcome escape. Don't miss the themed dinner nights for a good culinary experience!

Staff and management do not know how to treat customer if they have complaints, all they say that they have to authority to make any decisions which leave me with a choise not to go back to them.

Free wireline Internet in the room, swimming pool and gym, hotel very close to Kingdom Tower
There was a wooden door between my room and the adjacent one, which made all noises from the other room (including private conversations) clearly heard in my room. Music at breakfast was always the same and rather boring (classical flute pieces).
